LOGISTICS AND DRIVE IN SCHEDULE

Move-In for New 学生 to Aquinas (First-Year and Transfer 学生 for Fall 2023)

所有 students will check-in at Regina 大厅 first and then be directed to their residence hall (if not Regina). If you are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, 请填写 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-in for new students participating in STAR on August 16 will occur on August 15 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Move-In for New 学生 Participating in the AQ Bridge Community Program

Move-in for new students participating in the Aquinas Bridge Community Program will occur on August 6 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-in will be at the Regina 大厅 front 桌子上. Bridge students will be moving into their Fall 2023 housing assignment and will not need to relocate at the end of the program. 学生 are welcome to remain on-campus in between the conclusion of summer Bridge activities and the start of New Student 取向. If you are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, please 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-In for 学生 Participating in the STEM Program

STEM Program participants will move into their Fall 2023 housing assignment on Monday, August 14 between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Check-in will be at the front 桌子上 of Regina 大厅. 学生 will collect their keys and information packet at check-in. 志愿者 will be available to help move items into the residence halls beginning at 10:00 AM but not before then, so please plan to arrive at 10:00 AM at the earliest.

Move-In for 返回的学生

Move-in for returning students will occur on August 18 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 所有 students will check-in at the 图书馆 before heading to their residence hall. 返回 students who are not able to move in on August 18 should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements. Aquinas welcomes all returning students to join our community for Welcome Week. More details about Welcome Week are coming 很快!

学生运动员

Fall athletes will receive move-in date & time information from their coach.

  • Women's Volleyball and Women's Soccer will move-in on August 6 between the hours of 下午1点和4点.
  • Men's Soccer will move-in on August 9 between the hours of 下午1点和4点.

  • Check-in for all of these teams will take place at Regina 大厅. 学生 will be directed to their building (if not Regina) after check-in.

学生 that need to request a different time should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

全球的学生

New Global Student move-in will take place on August 14. 学生 will participate in Global Student 取向 to begin on August 15. 学生 arriving between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern can check-in at the Regina 大厅 Front Desk. 学生 that need to request a different time should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

返回的学生 in Leadership or Involvement Roles

返回 students who serve in leadership or involvement roles at the College (OLs, DAs, Front Desk 工作人员, etc.) that could potentially necessitate a special move-in should consult with the department that sponsors the opportunity.

  • Resident Assistant 工作人员: August 5 (Check-in at Campus Safety)
  • Bridge 工作人员: August 5 (Check-in at Campus Safety)
  • Diversity Assistants: Coming Soon
  • Front Desk 工作人员: August 12-13 (Check-in at Campus Safety)

  • 取向 Leaders: August 14, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Check-in at Regina 大厅)

It is important that families aim to arrive as close to their scheduled time as possible. This helps us stagger move-in and encourage a smooth process.
